Bring in the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5082) the following changes:
Article 126 to add 1) with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. Regulations of exit of products of conversion are approved by customs authority in the range from minimum to the maximum indicator if they depend on chemical and (or) physical indicators of condition of foreign goods or picking of products of conversion. In the specified case of regulation of exit of products of conversion are subject to refining by person who got permission to conversion of goods on customs area.
1.2. For refining of data on regulations of exit of products of conversion person who got permission to conversion of goods on customs area along with submission of the reporting provided by parts 6 and 8 of article 133 of this Federal Law represents to the customs authority exercising customs control over observance of conditions of the room of foreign goods under customs procedure of conversion on customs area and conditions of their use according to such customs procedure in any written form the specified data on regulations of exit of the products of conversion with application of documents of the organization processor confirming such data including results of laboratory researches, accounting and other documents.";
2) in Article 127:
