Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 No. 1596-XII "About provision of pensions" the following changes:
1. Third to state the paragraph to part two of Article 9 in the following edition:
"request and receive from information resources (systems) personal data, including the special personal data necessary for appointment and pension payment, without the consent of physical persons.".
2. To state the Item "to" of part two of Article 51 in the following edition:
"j) detention, serving sentence in the form of arrest, imprisonment, imprisonment for certain term, life imprisonment, lifelong imprisonment, the reference, the period from the date of the introduction in legal force of the court verdict to capital punishment about day of its execution in case of unreasonable criminal prosecution and the subsequent rehabilitation;".
3. To state the Item "d" of Article 52 in the following edition:
"e) time of detention, serving sentence in the form of arrest, imprisonment, imprisonment for certain term, life imprisonment, lifelong imprisonment, the reference, time from the date of the introduction in legal force of the court verdict to capital punishment about day of its execution in case of unreasonable criminal prosecution and the subsequent rehabilitation - in triple size.".
4. The fourth Article 88 to state part in the following edition:
"Payment to the granted social pension stops for the period of serving by the pensioner of custodial sanction, imprisonment for certain term, life imprisonment, lifelong imprisonment, time from the date of the introduction in legal force of the court verdict to capital punishment about day of its execution or replacement of capital punishment according to the procedure of pardon lifelong imprisonment.".
