About modification of Item 1 of the Section V of the Procedure for appointment and dismissal of the tax managing director with determination of its functions and powers

According to Item 19 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 to No. 1914-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts", Articles 89, of 91, of 92, of the 95th Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:

1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 26, 2017 for No. 786/30654, to add Item 1 of the Section V of the Procedure for appointment and release of the tax managing director with determination of its functions and powers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 25, 2017 No. 529, with the new paragraph of the following content:

"establishment of temporary restriction in the right of departure of the head of the legal entity or permanent mission of the nonresident - the debtor out of limits of Ukraine.".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
