About modification of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits
According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of liquidity support of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 for No. 543/23075 (with changes), the following changes:
In paragraph one of Item 1.4 of Chapter 1 of the word of "three years" shall be replaced with words 1) "one year";
Item 3.5 of Chapter 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3.5. The National Bank signs the agreement on purchase/sale of government bonds of Ukraine with Fund. The National Bank has the right to sign with Fund the agreement on purchase/sale of government bonds of Ukraine by exchange on channels of electronic communication of the messages/letters electronically signed by qualified digital signatures of authorized persons of National Bank and Fund.".
2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform Fonda guaranteeing household deposits information on adoption of this resolution.
