About introduction of amendments to the Law on the government budget for 2022 No. 205/2021
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the government budget for 2022 No. 205/2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 315-324, 478), to make the following changes:
1. In part (Articles of 1 figure "50066602,7", "65202602," "and" 15136000, "" to replace 1) respectively with figures of "52701472,0", "72087472,0" and "19386000,0".
2. In Article 2:
Item d) to state in the following edition:
"d) for National fund of regional and local development - in 970000,0 amount thousand lei;";
in Item e) to replace figures of "1500000,0" with figures of "1750000,0";
in Item g) to replace figures of "250000,0" with figures of "271450,0";
in Item i) to replace figures of "181914,9" with figures of "199319,7";
in Item p) to replace figures of "2662830,6" with figures of "2761890,7";
in Item q) to replace figures of "16235,6" with figures of "15380,3";
add Article with Item r) the following content:
"r) for covering of the expenses connected with value increase of heat power services in departure from provisions of Item and) parts (1) article 145 of the Code about education No. 152/2014, to the public educational institutions functioning in the self-government mode - in 114510,4 amount thousand lei.".
3. In Article 3:
Item b) to state in the following edition:
"b) reserve fund of the Government - in 900000,0 amount thousand lei and intervention fund of the Government - in 1430000,0 amount thousand lei, from which at the expense of the donations provided for management of crisis of refugees from Ukraine - 130000,0 thousand lei;";
in Item f) to replace figures of "592000,0" with figures of "710200,0";
in Item g) to replace figures of "50000,0" with figures of "2842,0";
add Article with Item h) the following content:
