About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine of March 3, 2022 "About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "About pre-trial detention" rather additional regulation of ensuring activities of law enforcement agencies in the conditions of warlike situation" and the subitem 1 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order to No. 2111-IX:
1. Bring in the Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 14, 2019 No. 1769/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 18, 2019 for No. 633/33604, the following changes:
1) in Item 3 of Chapter 1 of the Section I:
the twelfth after the words "detention" to add the paragraph with words and figures "the resolution of the prosecutor accepted in cases and procedure, the stipulated in Article 615 Codes of Criminal Procedure";
the sixteenth after the words "provided by the law" to add the paragraph with words and figures ", and also resolutions of the prosecutor accepted in cases and procedure, the stipulated in Article 615 Codes of Criminal Procedure";
Paragraph two of Item 1 of Chapter 1 of the Section II after the words "in the cases provided by the law" to add 2) with words and figures ", and also the resolution of the prosecutor accepted in cases and procedure, the stipulated in Article 615 Codes of Criminal Procedure".
