About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

1. Chapter 15. General provisions

Article 96. Types of social services

1. Social services represent activities for rendering social, social and medical, social and legal and other types of the social services rendered to persons needing assistance in connection with partial or complete loss of opportunity independently to satisfy the basic individual needs owing to restriction of capability to self-service and (or) movement, and also on their social adaptation and rehabilitation.

2. Social services include set of the social services provided to persons recognized as needing rendering social services, at home or organizations of social servicing.

3. Social services can be performed by the public and non-state institutions of social servicing of persons recognized as needing rendering social services.
