About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2014 No. 492
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 29, 2014 No. 492 "About qualification requirements to the special officials responsible for implementation of rules of internal control, and also requirements to preparation and personnel training, identification of clients, representatives of the client, beneficiaries and beneficial owners for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, both to financing of terrorism and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 23, Art. 2982; 2015, No. 16, Art. 2381; 2020, No. 43, Art. 6804) following changes:
a) in item 4 of the word "transactions for the purpose of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words "suspicious transactions";
b) in Item 5 of the word "in the paragraph the twelfth" shall be replaced with words "in the paragraph the thirteenth".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since March 22, 2022.
