In day of receipt of documents by means of the Portal the specialist of state body in the state energy supervision and control, Local executive body and territorial subdivision of state body on the state energy supervision and control (further – Uslugodatel), responsible for record keeping, performs registration and sends them for consideration to management of Uslugodatel who determines the head of the structural unit Uslugodatel.
