About recognition of invalid Chapter XIII-1 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Chapter XIII-1 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 225/2003 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, as Art. No. 285-294, 436), with subsequent changes to recognize invalid.
Art. II. - (1) the Procedures of judicial mediation which are not finished at the time of entry into force of this law proceed and come to the end according to the legislative provisions existing before entry into force of this law.
(2) One or both parties of process has the right to petition for the immediate termination of the procedure of judicial mediation. In this case the degree of jurisdiction takes out the determination which is not subject to appeal about the termination of the procedure of judicial mediation and submits the case for accidental distribution to other judge or, on circumstances, other structure of court.
(3) the Degree of jurisdiction shall inform the parties on the right to petition for the immediate termination of the procedure of judicial mediation provided in part (2).
