About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. Article 26 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further – the Code) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. In the Republic of Armenia studying and production of mercury as mineral is forbidden, except as specified, when mercury is not the main extracted mineral.".
Article 2. To add Item 8 of part 7 of article 40 of the Code after the words "in the territories" with words ", or article 26 of the Code forbids studying or production of mineral".
Article 3. To add Item 7 of part 11 of article 51 of the Code after the words "in the territories" with words ", or article 26 of the Code forbids studying or production of mineral".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
