About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further – the Code) with Article 183.2 of the following content:
"Article 183.2. Violation of requirements to the address with flag of the Republic of Armenia:
1. Violation of requirements to the address with flag of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty for legal entities in the amount of thirtyfold to the fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage, and for officials – from seventyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Violation of requirements to raising, descent and transfer of flag of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty for officials in the amount of seventyfold to the hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Violation of requirements to flag of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of thirtyfold to the fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Violation of prohibition on imitation flag of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of thirtyfold to the fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To add Item 1 of article 223 of the Code after number "183.1" with number", 183.2".
Article 3. To add Item 3 of the first paragraph of article 254 of the Code after number "182" with number", 183.2".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
