About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" to add article 102 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with part 6 of the following content:
"6. If the first meeting of the Council of Elders of the community combined by the law is not held within twenty days from the moment of the entry of the Council of Elders in powers, or powers of this Council of Elders ahead of schedule stop according to the procedure, established by part 2 of article 69 of this Law, then the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia appoints the acting as the head of community to the introduction in powers of the head of community, electee in the procedure established by the law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication. If the first meeting of the Council of Elders of the community combined according to the procedure, established by part 3.2 of article 102 of the Law "About Local Self-government", is not held within two weeks after entry into force of this Law, or powers of this Council of Elders ahead of schedule stop according to the procedure, established by part 2 of article 69 of the Law "About Local Self-government", then the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia appoints the acting as the head of community to the introduction in powers of the head of community, electee in the procedure established by the law. In that case restriction, stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 of article 19 of the Law "About Local Self-government" is not effective.
