About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2015 No. 146 "About approval of Rules of development of natural regulations":
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to Item 2 of Article 69 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:";
in Rules of development of the natural regulations approved by the specified resolution:
to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:
"Chapter 1. General provisions";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. These rules of development of natural regulations (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of Article 69 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for development of natural regulations by the central state bodies.";
to state heading of Chapter 2 in the following edition:
"Chapter 2. Procedure for development of natural regulations";
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. The central authorized body on budgetary planning considers natural regulations regarding financial security within thirty calendar days from the date of their obtaining.
In the presence at the central authorized body on budgetary planning of notes on natural regulations the central state bodies finish them and repeatedly bring to it on approval.
