About modification of Item 36 of the Rules of provision of services provided with use of national telecommunication network

Make change to Item 36 of Rules of rendering services which are provided with use of National telecommunication network, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2020 No. 1358 "Some questions of functioning of National telecommunication network" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 4, of the Art. 208), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"Services of National telecommunication network during the period of action of legal regime of military condition in Ukraine and after its termination or cancellation are provided three months to consumers on a grant basis without the conclusion of the agreements determined by Items 28 and 34 of these Rules.".
