1. state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. In case of registration and issue of expert opinions according to construction projects the information systems integrated with the single portal of department of authorized body for architecture, town planning and construction are used.
The accredited expert organization of special industrial zone when conducting complex non-departmental examination performs all procedures and transactions by means of information system of the state expert organization integrated with the single portal of department of authorized body for architecture, town planning and construction, except for construction projects (the feasibility study and the design and estimate documentation) with security classification or marked "for office use" ("chipboard").
This regulation does not extend much execution of expert opinions on town-planning projects.";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. State and the accredited expert organizations, and also the accredited expert organization of special industrial zone, within the competence taking into account functional purpose of designed project draw up the conclusions of complex non-departmental examination according to the feasibility statements and the design estimates intended for construction:
1) buildings and constructions of construction engineering appointment;
2) subjects to production appointment;
