About modification of article 103 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997

Art. I. - Item 20) parts (1) article 103 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:
"20) book products and periodicals, except for having advertizing and erotic character, classified by goods items 4901, of 4902, of 490300000, 490400000 and 4905, electronic book and/or audiobook products and electronic and/or the audioperiodicals except for having advertizing and erotic character, and also publishing services, services in the field of copyright and related rights used for this purpose, except for having the specified character;".
Art. II. - In яот part provisions (2) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
