About entering of amendment into the Law "About Bankruptcy"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 9, 2022
Article 1. "About bankruptcy" to state part 6 of article 4 of the Law of December 25, 2006 to No. ZR-51 in the following edition:
"6. In case of receipt of civil case from court of law the court within seven days makes the decision on acceptance it to production or on sending case to the chairman of civil chamber of Court of cassation if he does not agree with jurisdiction of case. The chairman of civil chamber of Court of cassation within five days after receipt of case in Court of cassation determines jurisdiction of case. The court determined by the chairman of civil chamber of Court of cassation is considered competent court.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective from the moment of appointment of the chairman of civil chamber of Court of cassation.
2. Before entry into force of this Law the disputes on jurisdiction received in Court of cassation are subject to permission according to the provisions of the Law "About Bankruptcy" operating before entry into force of this Law.
