About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add article 37 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with part 10 of the following content:
"10. On the cases on administrative offenses considered by tax and customs authorities if on production on administrative offense the addressee of the administrative act was not, and the law excludes adoption of the corresponding administrative act without its presence, or adoption of the administrative act is possible only in case of identification of the addressee of this act, or examination is appointed, then administrative punishment can be appointed within one month after appearance of the addressee of the administrative act to administrative production, identifications of the addressee of the administrative act or receipt of experimental testimony, but no later than within one year after date of making of offense.".
Article 2. In heading and part 1 of article 170.3 of the Code of the word "Taxes, Duties and Other Obligatory Payments Established by the Law" shall be replaced with words "The national and local taxes, the state and local charges (except for local duty) established by the law other obligatory payments, paid to the government budget".
Article 3. Part 2 of article 219.1 of the Code after the word "put" to add with words ", and also cases on failure to pay the stipulated in Article 170.3 local taxes and local charges (except for local duty) at the scheduled time".
Article 4. To exclude number "170.3" from part 1 of article 244.2 of the Code, and to add the same part after the words "within" with words ", and also cases on failure to pay the stipulated in Article 170.3 national taxes and the state charges established by the law of the other obligatory payments paid to the government budget".
Article 5. Add the code with Article 246.2 of the following content:
