"15) to the foreign citizen who is the finalist or the winner of the all-Russian competition held by autonomous nonprofit organization "Russia — the Country of Opportunities", submitted the document confirming it the status of the finalist or winner of the specified tender.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
