In the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About enhancement of structure of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" of January 24, 2003 No. 844 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2003, No. 1, Article 36; 2004, No. 9, Article 681; 2005, No. 2, Article 73, No. 12, Article 1109; 2006, No. 7, Article 590, No. 9, Article 736; 2007, No. 3, Article 219, No. 12, Article 1244.; 2009, No. 7, Article 529, No. 10, Article 777; 2010, No. 4, Article 298, No. 7, Article 610; 2011, No. 9, Article 789, No. 11, Article 1011; 2014, No. 2, Article 119, No. 12, Articles 1582, 1584; 2016, No. 2 (book II), Article 268, No. 3, Article 472; 2017, No. 10, Article 1780; 2018, No. 7 (book I), Article 1453; 2019, No. 5 Articles 847) to make the following changes:
1. Under the "Charter of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this Decree:
1.1. State Item 4.1 in the following edition:
"4.1. The structure of the company affirms the Azerbaijani investment holding (further - EKA) in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. Exclude items 4. 2, 4.7 and 4.9;
1.3. In Item 4.3 in the first case to replace the word of "Company" with the word "Company";
1.4. State Item 4.4 in the following edition:
"4.4. Decisions on creation, reorganization and liquidation of the bodies entering into structure of the Company and also affiliated and dependent economic societies are accepted by the Supervisory board of Society";
