About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine on enhancement of procedure for development, acceptance and implementation of aviation rules of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine DECIDES:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In article 11 of the Air code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 48-49, 536):

"3. Aviation rules of Ukraine are developed according to standards and recommended practice of International Civil Aviation Organization, regulations of International association of air transport, the European association on safety of air navigation (EUROCONTROL), the European agency on safety of flights, other international aviation organizations and taking into account the European Union law in the field of civil aviation.
The aviation rules of Ukraine developed according to regulations of the European agency on the safety of flights determining standards and requirements for certification, supervision and operation of aircrafts are normative and technical documents and can be accepted in original language.
Requirements to air carriers on servicing and transportation of passengers, baggage, load and mail; establishment of criteria of reference to servicing class (economy class, the Business class, premium class); payments of compensation and assistance to passengers in case of refusal from acceptance aboard or cancellations of flight or delay of departure, decrease in class of servicing of passengers of return of payment for not provided service in airborne transportation, the size and payment method of compensation and servicing of passengers to which it is refused acceptance aboard are established identical as for internal, and international flights";
