About entering of amendment and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 165.10 of the following content:
"Article 165.10. Violation of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About non-cash transactions" and the regulatory legal acts adopted on its basis
1. Violation by physical persons for the first time requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About non-cash transactions" and the regulatory legal acts adopted on its basis, except as specified violations of requirements of the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right:
attracts imposing of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Further violation of requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia by physical persons "About non-cash transactions" and the regulatory legal acts adopted on its basis within year after entry into force of the administrative act specified regarding 1 this Article:
attracts imposing of penalty in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage, at the same time in case of making of several violations of each requirement of this Law each violation is considered one violation.".
Article 2. To state the fifth paragraph of article 169.8 of the Code in the following edition:
"The employer is exempted from the provided this Article of the responsibility established for nonpayment of the salary if the receiver of the salary did not provide to the employer in the procedure established by the legislation the registration plate of the public services (social security card) or the certificate of non receipt of registration plate of public services and (or) one of forms established by the Law for receipt of the salary in non-cash form.".
