About modification and amendments in the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd item 4 of article 9 of the Constitutional law of February 7, 2018 "The judicial code of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Code) the word of "case" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-95 "put (including on stages)".

Article 2. In Item 6 of part 1 of article 45 of the Code to replace number "75" with number "95".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 89 of the Code:
