About entering of amendments and changes into the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Constitutional law of February 7, 2018 No. ZR-95 "The judicial code of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):

 Part 4 after the word of "chamber" to add 1) with words ", and in case with anti-corruption chamber - the corresponding judicial structure";

Part 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. In joint structure decisions are made by a majority vote from total number of judges of judicial structure. In Court of cassation decisions are made by a majority vote from total number of judges of chamber of Court of cassation, and in case with anti-corruption chamber - the corresponding judicial structure.";

To add 3) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. In anti-corruption chamber of Court of cassation judicial structures on consideration of corruption crimes and on consideration of anti-corruption civil cases, in number of five judges in everyone who by consideration of the claim and decision making act as anti-corruption chamber of Court of cassation act.".

Article 2. To add part 9 of article 19 of the Law after words of "each chamber" with words ", and in case with anti-corruption chamber - each judicial structure.".

Article 3. In article 30 of the Law:

To replace 1) regarding 1 word "two" with the word "four";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. In Court of cassation are effective:

1) criminal chamber - in number of 6 judges;

2) civil chamber - in number of 7 judges;

3) administrative chamber - in number of 5 judges;

4) anti-corruption chamber - in number of 10 judges.".
