About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2020 No. 2467 "About approval of the list of regulatory legal acts and groups of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, regulatory legal acts, separate provisions of regulatory legal acts and groups of regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies, legal acts, separate provisions of legal acts, groups of legal acts of executive and administrative organs of the government of RSFSR and USSR, the decisions of the State Commission on Radio Frequencies containing mandatory requirements to which provisions of parts 1, 2 and 3 articles 15 of the Federal law "About Mandatory Requirements in the Russian Federation" are not applied (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 2, the Art. 471) to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"Action of this Item does not extend to cases of modification, the changes connected with delegation of power from one federal executive bodies another or with distribution of powers between federal executive bodies and their territorial authorities, or not containing mandatory requirements connected with structure and functions of federal executive bodies and determination of the list of officials of federal executive bodies and their powers, or introduction of other changes if in the conclusion about assessment of the regulating impact the conclusion is drawn that the specified changes are made for the purpose of cost reduction of physical persons and legal entities in the field of business and other economic activity on execution of earlier established mandatory requirements or otherwise improve provision of the specified subjects and do not provide establishment of new conditions, restrictions, prohibitions, obligations.".
