For the purpose of optimization of procedures of provision in lease of the state-owned property which is in operational management of the State company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol national company under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the questions regulating procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease, economic maintaining, operational management, free temporary use" of September 24, 2021 No. 183 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of state-owned property in lease approved by the above-stated resolution:
- "state body" to add Item 6 paragraph two after words with the words "within 30 calendar days";
- add Item 16 with the subitem 11 of the following content:
"11) object of lease is the building, construction or the room which is in state-owned property which asset holder is the State company "The Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol National Company, Located on the Parcel of Land of Any Pattern of Ownership, Not Over 70 Sq.m.";
- add Item 45 with the subitem 4 following of content:
"4) specificity of requirements of lease, reconstruction, reshaping or re-planning of object of the state-owned real estate with change of space-planning and constructive decisions over 100 sq.m which asset holder is the State company "Kyrgyz Temir to Zhol National Company.
