According to Articles 58, 77 - 79, 81-86 Chapters 8 of the Section II, Item 56 of subsection 10 of the Section XX of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of providing single procedure for fixation of results of documentary checks of taxpayers ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 20, 2015 No. 727 "About approval of the Procedure for registration of results of documentary checks of compliance with law of Ukraine concerning the public customs affairs, tax, foreign and other legislation by taxpayers - legal entities and their separate divisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 26, 2015 for No. 1300/27745, the following changes:
in heading and Item 1 of the order of the word of "the public customs affairs" and "-legal entities and their separate divisions" to exclude;
in preamble of the order of the word and figures "Articles 345 -" and words "-legal entities and their separate divisions" to exclude 355 Customs codes of Ukraine.
2. Taxpayers to be reworded as follows procedure for registration of results of documentary checks of compliance with law of Ukraine concerning tax, foreign and other legislation which is applied.
