4, 5 and 6 to be reworded as follows Items:
"4. The basis for cost recovery of the lost property or cost of works on recovery of the damaged property is the decision of Regional commission by determination of the property harm done to subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship as a result of conflicts in certain regions in January, 2022, the area created by the decision of local executive body, the cities of republican value, the capital (further - Regional commission) or the commissions on consideration of requests of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship of Corporate fund "Auliye-Ata-Demeu", Fund of support to injured business "Force in unity" and (or) Fund of "Jean Alataou" (further - the Commissions of Funds).
Regional commission performs the activities according to the Standard provision according to appendix to these rules.
5. The cost of the lost property or cost of works on recovery of the damaged property are compensated to the owner of property by payment of money to it from one of the following sources:
from the government budget according to the budget legislation;
