"21. Determine that in 2022 representatives from the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the Commission of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on redistribution of budgetary appropriations in the current financial year and planning period have the right to perform powers of representatives respectively from the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the tripartite commission on questions of the interbudget relations regarding consideration of projects of regulatory legal acts (decisions), stipulated in Item the 9th Article 130 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation, parts 2 and 3 of article 7 of the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 457-FZ "About modification of the Budget code of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" and Item 1 of part 5 of this Article.".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
