About change of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2008 No. 22 "About guarantees of safety of money of the physical persons placed on accounts and (or) in bank deposits (deposits)" the following changes:

in Item 1:
in subitem 1.1:
exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";
add the subitem with words "if other is not provided in subitem 1.2 of this Item";
state subitem 1.2 in the following edition:
"1.2. compensation of money in the Belarusian rubles and foreign currency placed on accounts and (or) in deposits (deposits) in banks, to the physical person acting as the individual entrepreneur in case of the conclusion of bank account agreements and (or) bank deposit (deposit) is performed in the sizes established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2008 No. 369-Z "About the guaranteed compensation of bank deposits (deposits) of physical persons";";
to exclude from subitem 1.3 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in subitem 1.4:
after words "physical persons" to add the subitem with words "(except for individual entrepreneurs)";
exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";
from subitem 1.6 of the word "and non-bank credit and financial organizations", "of July 8, 2008" and "(, 2008, No. 172, 2/1466)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
in subitem 1.10 of the word "the republican printing mass media determined by the President of the Republic of Belarus official publications for publication of regulatory legal acts of National Bank are" shall be replaced with words "the Respubl_ka newspaper is.
