Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 15, 2003 N690 "About Modification of Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 4, 2002 N382 and of August 14, 2002 N595" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 47, the Art. 4543) regarding modification of the Regulations on licensing of activities for operation chemically hazardous production facilities.
