1. Bring in the order of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 1, 2018 No. 72 "About approval of the Instruction for consideration of addresses, messages, offers, responses and requests in bodies, departments, organizations and the organization of formation of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17084) the following change:
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. According to Item 1 of article 21 of the Law bodies of prosecutor's office consider addresses, messages, offers, responses and requests:
1) according to orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) for protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests:
persons who owing to physical, mental and other circumstances cannot independently perform their protection;
unrestricted group of people;
persons, society and the state if it is necessary for prevention of irreversible effects for life, human health or safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) subjects of private entrepreneurship on the facts of intervention in their activities from state bodies, local representative and executive bodies, local government bodies and their officials.
The addresses and messages provided by subitems 2) and 3) of this Item are considered by bodies of prosecutor's office in cases:
violations of legality or threat of their approach in activities of law enforcement and special state bodies;
