Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About courts of the Republic of Tajikistan" of July 26, 2014 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2014, No. 7, p.1., Art. 380; 2015, No. 7-9, of Art. 698; 2016, No. 7, Art. 603; 2018, No. 2, Art. 62; 2021, Art. 1. Add with Article 17 (1) the following content:

"Article 17 (1). Suspension of powers of the judge
