About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Local Duties and Payments"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of December 26, 1997 No. ZR-185 "About local duties and payments" (further - the Law):

1) Item 20 parts 1 after the words "in the territory of community" to add with words "the stipulated in Clause 15.2 Laws "About Trade and Services";

To add 2) with Items 23 and 24 of the following content:

"23) for permission to persons rendering services of public catering in the territory of community on the organization of services of public catering in summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) season in the territories public adjacent to this object;

24) for permission to persons rendering services of public catering in the territory of community on the organization of services of public catering in winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) season in the territories public adjacent to this object.".

Article 2. In the subitem "an" of Item 20 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the word "karaoke, discos, baths, saunas and steam rooms" shall be replaced with words "objects of the services which are subject to restriction, the stipulated in Clause 15.2 Laws "About Trade and Services" (except for striptease clubs)".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 12 of the Law with Item 23 following of content:

"23) for permission to persons rendering services of public catering in the territory of community on the organization of services of public catering in summer (from May 1 to October 31 inclusive) and winter (from November 1 to April 30 inclusive) seasons in the territories public adjacent to this object - 10 (ten) thousand dram for one square meter.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective since October 1, 2022.
