About introduction of amendments to article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of cinematography in Ukraine" concerning elimination of technical and logical not coordinations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state support of cinematography in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 20, Art. 240; 2019, No. 46, Art. 298) following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second word part six "the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming concerning itself" shall be replaced with words "the statement from the corresponding register which is kept by the country of residence of the legal entity (the foreign subject of cinematography) who is drawn up with observance of rules of legalization of documents for action abroad" the word and figures "Article 12" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 2, of 3, 5 - 9 parts one and Article 12 part two" and to add with words "the other information and/or documents confirming compliance to criteria of the cultural test";

2) in part nine:

to state paragraphs of the fifth and seventh in the following edition:

"3) copies of source accounting documents in confirmation of the amounts of the incurred qualified expenses. Such documents are submitted only concerning the expenses relating to qualified";
