About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state industrial policy"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state industrial policy" of May 30, 2017 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2017, No. 5, h 1, the Art. 272) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- in paragraph one to replace the word "harmonious" with the word "accelerated";

- to replace point sign at the end of the paragraph of the ninth with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth the following content:

"-industrial (industrial) parks - the industrial infrastructures intended for implementation of industrial activity, the organization of industrial production or innovative upgrade of the industry, managed by commercial or non-profit organizations (managing companies) according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- industrial clusters - set of the subjects of activities in the industrial sphere interconnected owing to proximity and the functional dependence placed in the territory of one or several regions of the country for the purpose of conversion of raw materials to end product or ready goods;".

2. In Article 3:

- in part 1:

- to replace point sign at the end of the paragraph of the fourth with sign of semicolon ";";

- add with paragraphs the fifth, the sixth, the seventh, eighth and ninth the following content:

"-increase in the export potential of the country;

- forming and development of measures of support of subjects of industrial activity;

- upgrade of industrial infrastructure;

- forming of new industries;

- production of competitive industrial output.";
