b) Item 5 in paragraph one the second offer to state in the following edition: "At the same time the specified officers, ensigns and warrant officers have the right to acquisition of permits to sanatorium treatment or organized rest in sanatoria, rest houses, on recreation facilities, in boarding houses, children's recreation camps, on tourist centers of federal executive bodies and federal state bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, in the amount of 25 percent, and members of families of the specified officers - 50 percent of cost of the permit established by the specified federal executive bodies and federal state bodies according to paragraph one of item 4 of this Article.";
