Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 22, 2012 No. 1075

1. In the pricing Bases in the field of heat supply approved by the specified resolution:

a) add with Item 25 (1) the following content:

"25(1). If the organization lost the status of the single heatsupplying organization, concerning the organization which is given the status of the single heatsupplying organization before approval in accordance with the established procedure of rates, the rates established for the organization which lost the status of the single heatsupplying organization are applied (within 60 calendar days from the date of assignment of the status of the single heatsupplying organization).";
