Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About clearing settlements" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 12, Article 2053; 2017, No. 7, Article 1288; 2019, No. 1, Article 28; No. 5, Article 527, No. 11, Article 1333) at the end of Article 3.4.9 sign of point to replace 2020, with sign of semicolon and to add with Articles 3.4.10-3.4.13 of the following content:

3.4.13. prizes (awards) and money payments (money deposits) established on the relations regulated by the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lotteries" and "About physical culture and sport" for the total amount over three thousand manats connected with participation in games.".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
