Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About counteraction of legalization of the money received in the criminal way or other property and to terrorism financing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 2, Article 58; 2010, No. 3, Article 178, No. 4, Article 276; 2011, No. 12, Article 1104; 2013, No. 11, Article 1274; 2014, No. 2, Article 81, No. 10, Article 1159, No. 11, Article 1361; 2015, No. 11, Article 1294; 2016, No. 3, Article 413; 2017, No. 5, Articles 696, 711, No. 7, Article 1295, No. 11, Article 1959; 2018, No. 7 (I book), Article 1407, No. 10, Article 1973, No. 11, Article 2233; 2019, No. 1, Article 24, No. 6, Article 1002) to make the following changes:

1.1. in Articles 1.0.8 and 5.1.1 of the word "organizers of lotteries and sports totalizators" shall be replaced with words "organizers of lottery and operators of sports totalizators";

1.2. in Article 6.1.1 to exclude words "organizers of lottery and sports draws," and in the specified Article of the word "the body (structure) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority" shall be replaced with words "Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic";

1.3. add with Article 6.1.1-2 of the following content:

"6.1.1-2. for organizers of lottery and operators of sports totalizators - the body (structure) established by relevant organ of the executive authority;".

Article 2

This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
