About entering of amendments into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. No. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the seventh paragraph of the following content:
"This Law establishes also conditions and procedure for execution of the administrative act about destruction (dismantle) of unauthorized construction on the parcel of land which is state-owned property, being in administrative borders of community accepted by the inspection body exercising control in the field of town planning (further in this Law - the administrative act about destruction) so far as they are in essence applicable to execution of these acts.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) the administrative act about destruction.".
Article 3. Article 4 of the Law after the words "statement for sending" to add with words ", the statement for sending the administrative act for destruction for forced execution".
Article 4. Add the law with Article 31.3 of the following content:
"Article 31.3. Return of documents on execution of the act of destruction
1. In case of submission of documents on execution of the administrative act about destruction with violation of the law the forced contractor returns them in the inspection body exercising control in the field of town planning.".
Article 5. Item 1 of part 1 of article 41 of the Law after the word "letter" to add with words ", the letter on execution of the administrative act on destruction".
Article 6. Regarding 1 article 42 of the Law:
1) Item 2 after the word "letters" to add with words ", letters on execution of the administrative act on destruction";
