Bring in Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2021, No. 33, Art. 1927), following changes:
in the last paragraph of figure "70" to replace with figures "100";
add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"For implementation of actions for development of the project documentation for creation of biocluster "Biological safety and development of biotechnological technologies" the customer can perform advance payment (advance payment) at the rate to 100 percent of cost of such works and services in the agreement (contract) for term no more than six months.".
