Article 1. To state article 154 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 154. Unauthorized construction, reconstruction or placement of buildings and structures or implementation of construction without permission or construction works without the permission on placement, continuation of unauthorized construction of buildings and structures in case of suspension of unauthorized construction
1. Construction or reconstruction or placement of the building, structure or other construction by person having the property right or land use, on this parcel of land, and also in private apartment houses or the subdivided or apartment buildings or in case of buildings, on the parcel of land which is not allocated for this purpose according to the procedure, established by the law or other legal acts either without permission or with fundamental breaches of town-planning regulations and rules, or implementation of construction without permission or the construction works requiring permission to placement:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundredfold to the thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Unauthorized construction of the apartment house on personal plot in rural settlements:
attracts imposing of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Making of one of the acts established by parts 1 and 2 of this Article on the parcels of land which are belonging by the property right to the state, communities, physical persons or legal entities person, not having the land use right:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of thousand-five hundredfold to the two-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
4. Continuation of one of the acts established by parts 1-3 of this Article after day of purpose of administrative punishment:
