About entering of amendments into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. In article 42 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government":
Item 8 parts 1 after the word of "elimination" to add 1) with words ", makes the decision on destruction (dismantle) of unauthorized construction on the parcel of land which is municipal property and within the powers in the procedure established by the legislation provides execution of the decision on destruction (dismantle) of unauthorized construction";
To add 2) with part 2 following of content:
"2. The head of community performs the following delegated powers in the area established by this Article:
Prevents 1) on the parcel of land which is state-owned property, being in administrative borders of community and stops unauthorized construction and in the procedure established by the law provides elimination of their effects, makes the decision on destruction (dismantle) of unauthorized construction on the parcel of land which is state-owned property, being in administrative borders of community and within the powers in the procedure established by the legislation provides execution of the decision on destruction (dismantle) of unauthorized construction.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
