About modification of Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction

Make change to Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2018, to No. 37, the Art. 1287), having stated the paragraph of the twenty sixth in the following edition:

"For performance of works according to the list of work types on implementation of economic activity on construction of facilities which on class of effects (responsibility) belong to objects with average and considerable effects which are subject to licensing, according to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of types of economic activity", necessary for development and production of arms, the military and special equipment and ammunition for needs of Armed Forces and other military forming customers can provide in agreements (contracts) with contractors and perform advance payment (advance payment) on conditions, certain in paragraph four of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1070 "Some questions of implementation by managers (receivers) of budgetary funds of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 2, Art. 64).".
