About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning visual information and religious activities
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. In the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2020 "About health of the people and health care system":
Item 12 of Article 110 to add 1) with part three of the following content:
"The text of the warning of harm of consumption of tobacco products shall conform to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan".";
Items 1 and 3 of Article 242 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Medicines shall arrive in the address with the marking applied on packaging (primary and (or) secondary) well readable font in the Kazakh and Russian languages, and the instruction on medical application (leaf insert) in the Kazakh and Russian languages.
Texts of marking and the instruction on medical application (leaf insert) shall conform to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan".";
"3. Medical products shall arrive in the address with the marking applied directly on medical products and (or) on packaging and the instruction on medical application or the operational document on medical product in the Kazakh and Russian languages.
Texts of marking, the instruction on medical application or the operational document on medical product shall conform to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan".";
