About recognition voided some orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine

According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of November 21, 2000 No. 600 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out by bodies of the State Tax Service of forgiveness (write-off) and payment by installments (delay) of tax debt of taxpayers in case of the conclusion of the voluntary settlement in the case of bankruptcy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 06, 2000 for No. 893/5114;

of December 28, 2001 No. 524 "About approval of Changes and amendments in the Procedure for carrying out the State Tax Service by bodies forgiveness (write-offs) and payments by installments (delay) of tax debt of taxpayers in case of the conclusion of the voluntary settlement in the case of bankruptcy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2002 for No. 52/6340;

of September 5, 2003 No. 425 "About approval of the Procedure for write-off and payment by installments of the tax debt connected with salary payment by non-cash form of calculations by offset of debt on loans and/or commodity loan", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2003 for No. 828/8149.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
