About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:
in Article 130:

b) the paragraph one of part 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. On the fields included in the Register of subsoil plots of nation-wide value approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, assignments are made in the following procedure:";
c) in paragraph one of part 4 of the word "where gold holdings constitute less than 50 tons" shall be replaced with words "not included in the Register of subsoil plots of nation-wide value";
d) recognize part 5 invalid.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in six-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
