Buildings and constructions can be formed as a result of the Section of immovable thing (the building, construction, single immovable complex) or as a result of consolidation of several immovable things (buildings, constructions, all rooms and parking places located in one building, construction).
3. Change of characteristics of the building or construction does not attract education new buildings or constructions if other is not established by the law.
Article 141.4. Rooms as immovable things
1. The room the isolated part of the building or construction suitable for permanent residence of citizens (premises) or for other purposes which are not connected with accommodation of citizens (non-residential premise), and suitable for use in the corresponding purposes is recognized.
